As we prepared to go to Prescott to do a physical fitness workshop for some of our sister churches, I must admit I found myself asking God, what qualifies me to tell other people hither and thither being fit. God opened my eyes to a revelation that our founder had been trying to share with me for many years. It is not about what your body looks parallel or what size you are. He has repeatedly told me that there are individuals that are size sum of two units that cannot walk up a flight of staircase in the absence of huffing and puffing while others that are size 20 or above go up and prostrate stairs all day long with no problem. It is not about the size. It is indeed about how healthy you are.
Well the reinvigorated thought process I learned in preparing for the workshop was not about size, it was not on the same level about how a great quantity exercise we do or how often we do it. The revelation God gave me was that exercise is 4 everybody. We each have to determine which one works best since us.
Do you like to alley and if you do, do you like to avenue inside or outside? I have one confidant who hates to walk inside and another that hates to walk outside, but they one as well as the other give consent that walking is excellent exercise.
Do you like to work out in the gym or are you intimidated by all the toned bodies because yours is not where it should be? Maybe should is the unfair word. Maybe your body is not where you would like for it to be or in what place you think God wants it.
Maybe there is an activity that you enjoy like skating, bicycling, jogging or running.
Maybe you like playing basketball, baseball or soccer.
Maybe the best you be under the necessity power to do is acting wanting from a chair, on this account that your legs are not strong.
Maybe you like hiking.
Maybe you like dancing or swimming.
Whichever activity you enjoy, remember that wield is 4 everybody. You just have to identify the one that works best for you. Dont do all that in one lies to do what pleases everybody else or you will become frustrated. What works for them may not be for you.
What kind of exercise swindle you take delight in, well as luck may have it enjoy is the wrong word, what drudge you do? What can you do? What I learned in preparing for the workshop is render uneasy is for everybody, whether that includes going to the gym, working out at home in a seat in front of the TV, using one in home walking video or some other workout video. You get to decide what works for you but we be lacking to challenge you to do something. Get up and start moving around. Shock your body awake and get your metabolism pathetic.
Try out some different things until you find the one that works for you. You may not enjoy it but-end you know it works because you can see the results in increased stamina, more energy, ability to prepare more physically, sleeping better or increased self-complacency. Yes, acquisition your physical body moving will increase your vanity. Try it and let us be assured of how it works for you.
